Big Oak Heating Pads are a very eco-friendly alternative to electric heating pads. Our pads are made from 100% cotton and have a removable/washable cover. We use a generous amount of washed and strained feed corn, which produces a moist heat that last for up to 45 minutes, or can be used as a cooling pad. These pads are made with high quality fabric and are machine sewn for optimal durablity. To use as a soothing heating pad, place in microwave for 1-2 minutes (times may vary depending on your microwave) For a cooling pad, place in freezer bag ( To keep out freezer odor) then freeze for 2-3 hours, or overnight for best results. We are a green company. We do not include a paper printout of directions. We email them to you the day your item ships. Please make sure that your email is correct in amazon so the email gets to you.
