In our opinion urine is more accurate and reflective of your pH level, but remember that urine is acidic
anyway as representative of body waste, so reading will be in most cases more acidic than saliva.

What does an acidic reading mean?
It could just reflect a meal of fast food with super-sized fries and a milkshake. If the reading is consistently
acidic regardless, it could mean your body is struggling to balance, and there might be reasons of concern.
