RESULT:

*For low carb dieters, any result other than negative indicates that you are in ketosis. Note:L one-term ketogenic dieters tend to measure lower.
*If you are diabetic and the result level is moderate (4 mmol/L) to large (16 mmol/L),call your doctor or a diabetes heath-care, call your doctor or a diabetes health-care professional immediately.
TEST PROCEDURE
1. Remove one strip from the bottle and replace the cap immediately. (strips must be sealed to protect humidity).
2. Test the first and second urine of the day.
3. While holding the strip from the opposite end of the test pad,immerse the reagent area (the test pad) of the strip in the urine specimen or urine stream and remove promptly.
4. Tap off any excess liquid.
5. Hold the ketone test strips vertically and raise the color chart from box,bottle,or this user's guide next to the pads.
6. Compare your results to the chart. Read the test results carefully with in 40 seconds in a well-lit area with the test pad held near the color chart.
7. Match the test strip colors with the chart and record your results
8. Changes in color that appear after 60 seconds are of no diagnostic significance.
9. Discard used test strip.
